Playing this Page: Summer Time

As Summer Starts to Sizzle. . . .

By Car (Carolyn Reynolds)

Summer arrived a little early in my neck of the woods, and I had so hoped for a prolonged spring. But I can keep hoping for more of those spring-like days, and the cool summer evenings, too!

As the season heats up I hope you enjoy all the good that you'll find here in MS MuSings.

For example, I was simply blown away by what came in this month for our Real Life Stories. It is always so encouraging to read about what our folks are doing in their lives, in spite of that MonSter. You'll find more of these amazing feats in our Regular Features, too.  Our Feadog went home to Ireland which he tells about in Fea's Pub. In Real Life Stories, our Irish poet Pat comes from Ireland for a visit to New York City. Find Feadog in Features, and Pat in Real Life Stories. Don't forget to check out all you find in both these sections.

Thanks to Clara, Loren is still alive in our Fiction section. This continuing story appears in Fiction. Poems are here for you to enjoy in our Poetry, also.  In FYI, you'll find topics dealing with more than just MS, and I hope all is helpful to you.  Please enjoy our Theme, always a fun section to visit, especially with dual topics again this month.

Tips and Tricks offers some good recipes this month, so don't forget to look there.

Our Pride and Joy is a place you can share some photos if you'd like. I'm trying to determine the best way to do these month to month, and as long as we have the Archives to click into, I may refer you to those issues to see past entries in this section.  Although space has not been a problem, I don't want to push my luck too much month to month.  The same will apple to Durable Goods Exchange month to month. I'll try to keep that current also.

As you look down the Navigation Bar to the left of each page, please note all the different sections our magazine contains. That will give you an idea of what all you'll find here, including Who's in Issue 81 and Ahead to July for our next Theme topic. We will be looking at the Light that Inspired Us in the next issue, so look at that page to explore the topic.

If you're new to the magazine, our Guestbook is currently again under construction so please write to me or one of the writers to comment.  The Guestbook was being over run with Spam so Scott is working on getting it so this doesn't happen again.

So as summer starts to sizzle, join us in our pages and stay cool! If something warms your heart, well that's OK with us.
