Playing this page: Time in a Bottle Prolonging Happy Moments? By Car (Theme idea from Cheshl) Here we are facing another new month, that windy month of March is upon us. With some assistance from Cheshl again this month, we are going to look Ahead to April at sharing some of the ways we all are: Magnifying and Prolonging Happy Moments Believe me, I know it's sometimes hard to find happy moments, but we do get many of them if we really open up and look around us. I guess it's a matter of proving to the MonSter that it will NOT rob us of those happy times in our lives. For our theme, let's look at the many ways we can find to prolong and magnify our happy moments, our good times. We do still have those, don't we? It will be a good month to look deeply into our lives and see what really does make us happy, and discuss ways we can make those happy moments turn into happy long stretches of our lives. Perhaps you'll choose to tell us HOW you do this. How do you make sure those memories stay fresh in your mind? How do you prolong your good times? What are your tricks to seeing happy moments as part of your world, even though you have this MonSter in tow? Maybe you keep a scrapbook, or keep precious moments close in a photo album. Perhaps you get together with your loved ones and just tell what makes you happy, what you remember as happy times. I'm sure there are numerous ways you can share. Now you might notice I've not mentioned memory loss here. We all know it's a possibility with MS. Perhaps you've already experienced that. If so, what can you do now to assure no more of your memories go by the wayside? Wow! This is one that can really take on a life of its own! I'd love it if each of you would really look deeply into this one. Maybe you're thinking now about finding those special ways of saving your precious moments. Share those thoughts, please.
