MS MuSings

My JannSSS (Janice Schering)

MS is such a thief. It takes our hand-eye coordination, along with other types of coordination. I can't read regular print anymore...guess it's a good thing I read so much until...well, before MS. I can read on the computer, thanks to "Notepad", which allows me to cut-and-paste, and increase the font size.

Energy...I remember that! I used to read, paint, garden, dance, cook...so what was left, after the MonSter got bad?

I have a deep need to "create." For a while, I was very depressed, because it seemed there was nothing left.

Then, I discovered "MS MuSings," and had an outlet again. Writing isn't as much FUN as some of my other activities (in fact, the process is pretty difficult--motivationally, not physically). But, I still have something that provides some satisfaction! It helps with self-esteem, and satisfies that deep "itch."

What Car has done for all of us is a priceless gift: a way to express ourselves. (If we are still able to use a keyboard, or a voice translator.) That is SO wonderful!

Car, thanks again for doing this for us all! And...I will try to get something in, for each issue. Promise.
