The Witching Hour, Is it upon Us Again? Here we are looking at October around the corner again! That doesn't seem possible! October can mean a variety of things to each individual, and we can't forget the Halloween holiday falling right at the end of this month. But to others, October might mean the let up of hot weather, or the changing of the leaves on the trees to their very best colors. It's certainly a month filled with color and contrast, and that's where we'll go with the theme for October. What's October's Theme? Just Take Your Pick! 1. What scares you about MS? 2. What does this month mean to you? 3. How do the changing colors make you feel? And as always, don't let that theme thing limit you in any way. Whatever you have to say is always welcome here. Maybe this could be the month you try something different with your writing. If you've never tried, maybe a poem is in your heart wanting to get out? Or a short story to share? Don't be afraid to look outside your box and see what possibilities are there for you! What's most important is that you enjoy the season as it changes. Let your mind relax and take it all in, savor the time you're in, soak it up the best you can! Are you new to the magazine and thinking about submitting your work? Look on the "Who's in this Issue" page for our guidelines. Then just email it on to me and we'll get the job done. Do you want your smiling face in our Gallery? And shame on you if you have been putting this off! Just send me a picture of yourself and a short biography and you'll see yourself in the Gallery!
