Photo in Upper Margin by Ralph, Graphic within by HeatherAnne Lots of Love Spoken Here! By Car (Carolyn Reynolds) Working with my editor's hat on as I always seem to do, I had a scare two weeks into January. I have had a recurring nightmare that one day there would not be enough writers and interest to put another month online. When I discovered I only had six people contributing by midmonth, the panic button was glowing red! I put out my usual midmonth reminder email letter to anyone I thought might be writing and told them of my dream. I really didn't mean to scare anybody, but I was feeling a little too uneasy myself. Lo and Behold the next morning I received a number of emails from writers telling me they intended to write something and not to worry, they would come through! Come through you did, my friends! As I write this I count 44 contributors for the month of February, and that's a dandy number! The writings this month are simply outstanding. Please go to the Theme Table of Contents and click on the titles that are listed. You'll find a very wide range of stories and articles dealing with the theme of Love and Romance. Much of what is in our Poetry this month is also theme related, but there are others also. You can find still more in our Fiction section. I do hope you read and enjoy all of these sections of our magazine. Don't forget Real Life Stories this month. You'll find some wonderful and romantic stories that are true, yet read with the flow of good short stories. You'll find stories of how different ones are dealing with the MonSter, and more. There are even some forwards that I've included because the subject matter there I thought would appeal to all of you. There continues to be much information out on what is happening with MS research, and you'll find some summaries of this in our FYI section. Also there are some helpful articles on computer viruses and some MS newsletters you will also want to read. Our Gallery now contains around 40 of our contributors, most with pictures also. Please be patient while this page loads. With that many photos many computers take a bit to load up. Just click the name if you're looking for a specific writer, or you can just scroll down and see all of us! Our Archives will be under major construction during this month, so don't get too discouraged. I'll be making an announcement in our March issue about how you can get the first 28 issues of the magazine on CD from me. From March on, we'll only be archiving the issues for the present year. So you'll be able to find all of 2002 archived month to month. We'll let you know how you can have all of 2002 on CD when we make the Archives announcement, I do hope, in March. You can still visit the Archives by clicking in the left margins on all the pages. Please visit our Guestbook, also in the left margin of each page, if you're new to us and would like to comment, or if you just have some message to leave for all of us. We love seeing what you think. You can reach a specific contributor by emailing them. The addresses are at the end of their work. If ever an email address does not work for you, just send your comment along to me and I'll forward. Once in awhile I do make a mistake with an address (can you imagine???), and often addresses change during the month. Good news! One of our writers will have a book coming out soon. Read about this in Goings On from our Features Table of Contents. Another is working with Lifetime TV to convert his short story, appearing here this month, to a movie for Lifetime. Many good wishes to both of you! I do hope you and your Loved One enjoy Valentine's Day this month. And heck, if you've just had it with hearts and flowers, pass me the chocolate!!
