Editor's Note: Thanks to Jen and Cpearl, a questionaire will be developed with some help from each of you! Please, send the ladies any MS Questions you may have and they'll put together and evaluate for all of us.

SURVEY-QUESTIONAIRE

I am putting together an informal, non-scientific survey in collaboration with Holly (Cpearl). We invite you to send in questions which are most important to you regarding ALL aspects of MS. NO question will be considered inconsequential…DO NOT FEEL EMBARRASSED.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL QUESTIONS AND SUBSEQUENT ANSWERS ARE CONFIDENTIAL. NAMES WILL NOT BE USED OR REVEALED.

The consensus is that MSers are not being recognized and treated in an appropriate manner. Many of our questions are being ignored or not answered properly. At times, many of us feel uncomfortable asking certain questions.

The survey will come out next month and we hope everyone participates in submitting questions, then subsequently, participating in the survey. The answers will be evaluated and results will then be published.
