Home for the Holidays!

By Car (Carolyn Reynolds)

Before you know it November will be in our memories, and December will be upon us.  All of us celebrate holidays in the month of December, so we all will be facing those added challenges that December brings.

For those dealing with chronic illness, like MS, the added stress of this time can really tack too much onto our systems. Sometimes we tend to come out of the holidays with our own special brand of battle wounds.

So, how's this for a duel theme for December?  You can write about a memory or favorite holiday tradition of your own, or you could offer some advice as to how to best get through them with no residual effects.  I know there is all kinds of wisdom out there, so give it some thought and share it here.

It sounds like this is a month that'll appeal to many to write a theme piece, maybe even more than one.  I'm anxiously awaiting all your good advice and memories to share.

As with each issue, please never feel tied to any theme. Anything anytime is always welcome!

I sincerely hope all of you take the time to relax and let the good wash over you throughout the holidays.  The very best wishes to you and yours from all of us here at MS MuSings.
