Memories Sweet

By the time November arrives our annual get-together will be that, a sweet memory.  My mind also is just filled with memories of family times in November, especially around our US holiday of Thanksgiving. I know some who attended at St. Louis will be writing of their memories, and I'd like to throw open that idea to all of you. Do you have a holiday memory you'd like to share?

Memories Sweet in November will be our theme, and I anticipate a wide array of stories, some happy, some sad, some bittersweet.  We'd like to hear it all, whatever is on you mind.

Remembering is very important, writing it down is very much needed. Write down your memories for the coming generations to read. Make sure you are remembered, too.  I always say for me writing is the very best therapy. Maybe you wonder why sometimes my writing is sad, well that's because it reflects where I am at the time I write.  I hope you will take that same path as you have things around you to tell about. It does not always have to be happy.

With that said, I need to thank all the writers in this worthy issue. Our poems and short stories are outstanding this month, as good as any I've seen any place. We are a talented group, yes indeed.

As always, do not feel trapped by any theme. Our Real Life Stories are always a broad spectrum. I hope you read all that's here each month so you can get to know us. We're quite a group of people!

I hope you enjoy this month's magazine, and do bookmark us and plan on visiting again each month. We promise to keep you busy reading!
