Falling ? into Fall

By Car (Carolyn Reynolds)

The theme for the September issue has come about out of a chat I had with Strat. We neither one really knew where to go with it, so I think we'll just throw it out and see what comes in!

Really, as with any theme, this opens up many pathways to follow. Although I've never found much about having MS funny, I do have a couple of falling stories that make me smile now. Perhaps some of you have a story like this to tell? I know that losing balance and having problems with mobility is a rather common MS thing, so maybe you have a story to tell. It doesn't have to be funny, mercy I know it could be a stretch to think of falling as funny!

Perhaps you have some tips to offer on how to avoid those awful trips to the floor. I know our readers love hearing how we manage this condition.  And manage it we must.  I'll be interested in any tips I can pick up through this theme.

As always, don't feel trapped by any theme.  There will be a place here for anything you have to say, anytime.  We love reading anything and everything that comes in each month.

I wondered how this issue would go without the use of any "forwards," and I'm pleased to say we have done just fine without them.  It makes me feel a lot better knowing we're not infringing on anyone's copyright.  I also know what is written for this magazine is just as good, if not a lot better than all the stuff that continues to float around online.

Thanks to all of you sending in to the magazine.  I know what you have to say is read and appreciated, and I thank you sincerely!

For your information, we will no longer have current issues on the Healingwell.com site, so be sure to bookmark the magazine at our new address.

Enjoy reading and writing!
