Here we are again planning ahead to the next month's issue! I know with holidays in November and December both, it gets to be a hectic time of the year. I just hope everybody plans ahead and includes writing something for MS MuSings!

As I think ahead some to what is right in front of us, I have to also think about just how I'm going to handle it all. Have you had to make a lot of adjustments because of the chronic condition you are dealing with? Heaven only knows it is a lot for anyone healthy, but when you add in MS..... just how do we do it?

I'd like for you to give everyone reading some idea of how you have adjusted so you can still participate in and enjoy the holiday season. I don't even think you need a lot of examples, but here are a couple. For instance, how do you do the holiday gift shopping? We could all use some tips on this one? And what about the holiday dinner? How do you manage?

Our theme then for December is: Adaptations to a Holiday Season ..... and you know what I mean by adaptation.

Let's just make this a sharing time and give one another the gift of some helpful tips on how to do it while dealing with MS. Let's help one another understand that having an illness doesn't mean having to give up all we hold dear!

Don't put writing on a back burner this month!
