Don't Let the Rain Get You Down!

by Car (Carolyn Reynolds)

I am so ready to say bye bye to winter for a time, AND to welcome spring with open arms. My greatest hope is that spring stays around for a nice long stretch before ushering in the heat of summer! Actually, maybe a few April showers won't be so bad at all.

I'd like for you to introduce yourselves to Stuart of Stu's Views and MS Related News. He offers various links to stories relating to MS and much more. You can sign up to get his newsletters yourselves if you'd like. I've promised to run many of them here in our pages.

You will notice that our FYI section is just that, For Your Information. My goal has always been to show what was out there in the treatment of MS, and perhaps you won't always  be in agreement with what you find there. But learning what's out there is important, so that's what I'll continue to try to bring you in this section of the magazine.

Our Theme for this month is a topic having to do with Hope. Many contributed their thoughts and opinions on this topic, and we hope you take the time to read all that has been sent in. You can see what we have planned for theme in our May issue on our Ahead to May page. Please, don't feel tied to any theme; you are always welcome to write about whatever is on your mind.

You will find many of those kinds of articles in our Real Life Stories, along with some Inspirational writings by our writers, as well as ones our readers have found enlightening and have sent in to the magazine for you to enjoy. There is also a section of Forwards for your reading enjoyment on this same page.

You will find many of the writings in Features deal with the Hope theme, also. I hope you enjoy your favorite regular features month to month. This month's contributions all appear to be outstanding.  Tips & Tricks might lead you to some helpful information or a good recipe for your spring days ahead.

Want to get away from reality for a stretch? Perhaps you'll like our Poetry or Fiction this month. As it always is, it's some of the finest on the net.  Who's in Issue 91 gives you a list of all of our writers for this month along with guidelines for sending in your own writings. Original work is always welcome. After all, that's why I started this magazine in the first place, as a place for our writings to be read. And not to forget, I always want it to be a soft place for us to land.

Please note that Durable Goods Exchange is not a hot link again this month. It will be again whenever somebody has something to give to someone who can use it, or has a need for durable goods they would like to post here.

You can meet many of us in our Gallery, and maybe see a few recent pictures sent in by our readers in Our Pride and Joy.

You can read many of our past issues in Archives. If you are new to the magazine and would like to leave a comment, our Guestbook is available. We always appreciate your input.

Enjoy the season's changes if you live where they change. And do have a blessed Easter holiday.
