Summertime is Here!

By Car (Carolyn Reynolds)

Welcome to July! Here in the states most of us are simmering in the heat, but I've got the perfect solution to keep you all cool and collected! When you come into this issue, bookmark the magazine, or save it as a favorite. That way you'll have plenty of terrific reading material for you in the cool of your air conditioning!

In case you are wondering, YES! we are in the midst of planning another get-together for October in St. Louis!  Please see the article in Features, October, 2004 in St. Louis.

Our Poetry and Fiction will keep you entertained this month. In fact, Gaz has even sent us a reading of his poem in this issue. If your computer is compatible you'll have a special treat this month.  Read along with Gaz on "Eye of the Beholder."  As always, there is a wealth of reading to be found in Real Life Stories again.  After reading these, perhaps some of you will decide to send in something from your very own Real Life Story.

Many of us again share with you some personal insights into our living with this MonSter, MS, in our Theme for July.  There is a lot of wisdom to be found within these pieces.

In FYI, I try to offer a wide assortment of informational articles that our writers find and send in.  Many of them deal with MS, and some are always about other topics of interest.  We always try to give the proper bylines for these, and also the source where they were first printed.  Please always know the magazine does not endorse any particular treatment for MS, but instead we attempt to just let you see what's out there.

As always, if you are new to the magazine, you can sign in and introduce yourself through our Guestbook, or go back and see the past issues for this year in Archives.  Find out what the suggested theme is for our August issue in Ahead to August.  We have loads of Related Links to other sites you might be interested in visiting, also.

Are  you looking for a fun MS Community to join?  Give The World of MS MuSings a try.  It is a multi-message board community and there is always something fun going on there.  You'll find many of our writers active there. Many of us are also in our Gallery.  It's fun to put a face with a name, and you can do that with many of us in the Gallery.

If you're new here, welcome to our little corner of the cyberworld.  We hope you become a regular visitor!
